Cloud server pricing is determined by vCPU and RAM usage. GPU pricing is included in GPU instances. Windows Server licenses and one public IP address are included with both GPU and non-GPU instances.

No, AceCloud does not charge any setup or migration fee. The team assists with the complete migration process.

AceCloud offers unmetered bandwidth and does not charge for data transfers.

For hourly billing, you are only charged while the server is active. For monthly billing, fixed charges will be incurred for the entire month. You need to deprovision your services via our self-service portal or raise a deprovisioning request to the support team to stop the billing.

For customers in India, we currently accept UPI, credit cards and debit cards. For international customers, we accept credit cards and debit cards only.

The final invoice will include applicable taxes depending on your country or region and local tax laws. Any taxes charged will be calculated and displayed clearly on the invoice.

AceCloud follows a calendar-month billing cycle. Customers who onboard during the month are billed on a prorated basis for the remaining days. Regular monthly billing cycle will apply from the following month.

Your existing workloads will continue to run on the same price. However, updated pricing will be considered if there are any new machines launched. In case of any change in your current billing, you will be notified in advance.
