Meet Our Leadership

Vinay Chhabra leads AceCloud (a brand of RTDS) as Co-Founder and Managing Director, driving the company’s strategic vision, business growth, and market expansion. With over 42 years of experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and public administration, he has played a pivotal role in establishing AceCloud as a trusted provider of enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Vinay holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering. Before co-founding AceCloud, he served in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) from 1982, holding several senior positions in the Government of India, including Chief Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, Chief Controller of Government Opium and Alkaloid Factories, and Principal Director-General of Goods and Service Tax (GST). He also co-founded Real Time Data Services (RTDS), where he continues to lead the company’s strategic direction and drive operational growth.

At AceCloud, Vinay combines his entrepreneurial vision with operational expertise to guide the company’s evolution in cloud adoption and digital transformation. His leadership emphasizes sustainable growth, client-centric innovation, and the development of technology solutions that meet real-world business needs.
