Terms & Conditions

By submitting any content, review, video, post, or other material to the Programme, or by claiming any reward, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any accompanying programme guidelines, including the AceCloud content guide.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Programme.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your participation applies, and continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable law.

Participation is open to current, paying AceCloud customers who have used the products or services for one month or more, with genuine, first-hand experience reflected in their Contribution. Trial accounts, free-credit or free-tier accounts, and customers of less than one month are not eligible.

Employees, contractors, and agents of AceCloud and Real Time Data Services, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to receive Rewards, unless expressly permitted in writing.

Some Platforms or employers have their own rules about posting or incentives. Please make sure your participation is permitted where those rules apply to you.

We may verify eligibility at any time and may require identity or usage verification before issuing any Reward.

The Programme runs from 25 August 2026 to 31 October 2026, unless extended, shortened, suspended, or terminated by us in accordance with these Terms.

Contributions submitted outside the Programme period, or after the applicable budget is exhausted, may not be eligible for a Reward.

Contributions must be genuine, original, based on your actual experience, and must not be fabricated, misleading, plagiarised, copied or generated to invent experiences or results you did not have.

Contributions must comply with the AceCloud content guide, all applicable laws, and the terms, community rules, and disclosure requirements of the Platform on which they are published.

You must not include confidential, proprietary, personal, security-sensitive, or commercially sensitive information in any Contribution.

You must not, in a review, mention any Reward, voucher, incentive, or the Programme itself, and you must follow the relevant Platform's applicable disclosure requirements.

Contributions must be created and published during the Programme period. Pre-existing content published before the Programme, or content not genuinely created for it, is not eligible unless we agree in writing.

You own your Contribution and may edit or remove it at any time. An approved Reward will not be reversed if you later edit or remove the Contribution in good faith. This does not affect our rights where a Contribution is altered or removed in bad faith to obtain a Reward (see the prohibited-conduct and disqualification sections).

Every submission is reviewed by our team before any Reward is issued. We review each Contribution to confirm it reflects genuine, first-hand use of AceCloud and meets the content guide, these Terms, and the relevant Platform's rules.

We may accept a Contribution, ask you to revise it, or decline it, at our sole discretion. A Reward is processed only after a Contribution has been reviewed, approved, and confirmed as live. Acceptance does not create any entitlement to a Reward except as set out in these Terms.

We may request additional information or evidence to verify authorship, eligibility, or genuine usage before approving a Contribution or issuing a Reward.

Rewards are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to availability and to the applicable programme budget. Rewards have no cash value except as stated on the voucher and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless we specify otherwise.

The type, value, and tier of a Reward are as set out in the current programme materials and may be changed, substituted, reduced, or withdrawn by us at any time, including for Contributions not yet submitted or not yet accepted.

A Reward is issued only after a Contribution is verified, accepted, and confirmed as live and compliant. No Reward is payable for a Contribution that is rejected, withdrawn, removed, or found to be non-compliant.

We are not responsible for the acts, terms, or availability of any third-party voucher issuer, and a Reward is subject to that issuer's own terms.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges arising from receipt of a Reward, and for any reporting or declaration required under applicable law. We may withhold or deduct tax where required and may request tax-related information before issuing a Reward.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, and disclosure rules of each Platform, and with applicable advertising and consumer-protection standards (including, where applicable, ASCI guidelines and endorsement/disclosure requirements).

We are not responsible if a Platform removes, restricts, rejects, or does not publish your Contribution, or if a Contribution is later taken down. No Reward is payable, and any Reward already issued may be reversed, in respect of a Contribution that is removed for non-compliance.

You retain ownership of the Contributions you create. You confirm that each Contribution is your own original work and that you have all rights necessary to publish it and to grant the licence below.

By participating, you grant AceCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, excerpt, display, and distribute your Contribution (and your name, handle, and Platform profile as they appear on it) for marketing, promotional, and related business purposes, across any media.

You waive any moral rights in the Contribution to the extent permitted by law, and agree we are not obliged to use any Contribution.

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, disqualify any Participant, reject any Contribution, and withhold, cancel, or reverse (including reclaim the value of) any Reward where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misrepresentation, a breach of these Terms, a breach of a Platform's rules, or conduct that damages AceCloud.

Our decisions in relation to the Programme, Contributions, and Rewards are final.

Where a Reward has been issued in breach of these Terms, or obtained through ineligible or prohibited conduct, you agree to repay its value on demand, and we may set off that value against any amount owed to you.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Programme (in whole or in part), and to change these Terms, the eligibility criteria, the Platforms, the Rewards, the tiers, the caps, or any other aspect of the Programme.

We may take any of these actions for any reason, including suspected abuse, exhaustion of the programme budget, operational, legal, or commercial reasons, or no reason.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, or termination of the Programme, or for any change to or withdrawal of Rewards.

Participation in the Programme does not guarantee acceptance of any Contribution or receipt of any Reward.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to any Participant in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the value of the Reward(s) actually issued to that Participant, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AceCloud, Real Time Data Services, and their officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Contribution, your participation in the Programme, or your breach of these Terms, of any law, or of any Platform's terms.

We will process personal data you provide in connection with the Programme (such as contact details, Platform profile, and Reward-related information) to administer the Programme, verify eligibility, issue Rewards, and for related purposes, in accordance with applicable data-protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and our privacy policy.

By participating, you consent to such processing and to being contacted in relation to the Programme.

You agree that we may reference, feature, or repurpose your accepted Contribution, and identify you as its author using your name and Platform profile, in our marketing and communications, without further approval or compensation, subject to the licence in these Terms.

Participation does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and AceCloud. You participate as an independent individual.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Programme or these Terms.

Any grievance may be raised with our grievance officer at [grievance officer name / email], who will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

We may assign these Terms; you may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent.

These Terms, together with the referenced programme materials and content guide, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Programme.
